How long does each piece take?

This can vary massively based on the size and intricacy of the piece but it can range from 2-16 weeks on average due to size, complexity, firing schedules and studio availability. 

For Classic shop pieces, these will be ready to ship once posted online and so will arrive based on the delivery option selected at checkout.

NOTE:  If ordering multiple Classic shop pieces when only 1 is currently available, these will be made to order using the Commisoned pieces timescale.

For Comissioned pieces, these will take a minimum of 3 weeks but most likely longer. Throughout the making process, I will communicate with you and provide both photo updates and time estimates for each stage in the process.

Delivery

Where do you ship to?

Currently, just within the UK, excluding Northern Ireland. However, if you are keen to order a piece from outside the UK, get in touch via the contact form and we can discuss our options directly!

Can I request a specific courier?

Yes! Use the contact form to get in touch and we can discuss and organise this ahead of placing your order. The default courier right now is Royal Mail. 

Commissions

Do you accept commissions?
